Go Ask Alice
I first "met" Alice from Savory Sweet Life over flank steak. I tweeted about needing a marinade recipe for dinner that night and Alice sent me a link for her Korean BBQ Shortrib recipe, sure that it would work well with flank too. I had most of the ingredients on hand and on first-read the recipe sounded so good. Since dinner was in a few hours, I skipped the overnight marinade, but Alice was confident it would be enough time to absorb the powerful flavors. She was right and my husband still talks about that flank steak. Alice is one of the many talented homecooks and food bloggers that I call on when I need help or inspiration, so go over and visit her. You'll be hooked just like me.
