I’m nuts for these peanuts

Just a quick post today about something you all should have in your pantry. I found these at my favorite shop Stinky Bklyn on Smith Street in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn (a much welcome addition to the neighborhood a couple of years ago). The Peanut Shop of Williamsburg’s Handcooked Virginia Peanuts are super large (says so on the ingredient list!) and crunchy with just the right amount of salt. They’re also addictive, so make sure you have a few cans on hand if serving as a bar snack—but certainly don’t relegate them to merely munching. Use them if you’re making Pad Thai, peanut butter cookies, brittle, and more. The only thing standing in your way is the price tag—it’s not peanuts at $6 a can and up.
