Kale Sushi Rice Bowls

  • Kale “Sushi” Bowl
  • Serves 1
  • ½ cup leftover cooked rice
  • ½ cup Crispy Baked Kale Chips crumbled (get the recipe here)
  • 1 teaspoon Basic Vinaigrette recipe here
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • Sea salt to taste


  • Add the rice, kale chips, vinaigrette, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil to a small bowl. Stir until well mixed. Season with salt, as desired.
