Homemade Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup 45 grams raw walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons 18 grams nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons 20 grams raw hemp hearts (also called seeds)
  • 3/4 teaspoon 5 grams fleur de sel (or coarse salt flakes, like Maldon)

Instructions
 

  • Add the walnuts, nutrional yeast, hemp hearts, and fleur de sel to a small food processor or mini chopper. Pulse until it forms a sandy-lookng mixture. Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
