How To Make a Flax Egg

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon 7 grams flaxmeal
  • 3 tablespoons 45 ml warm water

Instructions
 

  • Combine the flaxmeal and water in a small bowl. Whisk to mix. Place the bowl in the fridge, and let set up for 15 minutes until thickened. Add where directed to use eggs in desired cake or cookie recipes.
  • Note: This is the equivalent to one real egg.
