Homemade Vegan Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup (45 grams) raw walnuts
- 3 tablespoons (18 grams) nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons (20 grams) raw hemp hearts (also called seeds)
- ¾ teaspoon (5 grams) fleur de sel (or coarse salt flakes, like Maldon)
- Add the walnuts, nutrional yeast, hemp hearts, and fleur de sel to a small food processor or mini chopper. Pulse until it forms a sandy-lookng mixture. Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
