Creamy Dill Dipping Sauce

Serves: makes 1 cup


  • 1 cup sour cream or crème frâiche
  • 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • Sea salt, to taste


  1. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, and dill in a small bowl. Whisk to blend. Season with salt, cover, and set aside in the fridge until ready to serve. Will keep in a covered container for 3 days.
