Strawberry Violet Popsicles
- Strawberry Violet Popsicles
- 4 cups strawberries, stems removed
- ¼ cup violet syrup (recipe on blog)
- Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon
- Add everything to a blender. Purée until smooth. Feel free to pour through a sieve if you don't like seeds in your popsicles.
- Pour into ice pop molds.
- Freeze 4 to 6 hours, until frozen solid. Run molds under warm water to loosen from ice pops.
