Strawberry Violet Popsicles

  • Strawberry Violet Popsicles
  • 4 cups strawberries, stems removed
  • ¼ cup violet syrup (recipe on blog)
  • Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon


  1. Add everything to a blender. Purée until smooth. Feel free to pour through a sieve if you don't like seeds in your popsicles.
  2. Pour into ice pop molds.
  3. Freeze 4 to 6 hours, until frozen solid. Run molds under warm water to loosen from ice pops.
